IMPORTANT: After receiving your return request, we will send you a return label by email. You can use this to conveniently return the goods to us. In the case of a refund, the refund amount will be reduced by the return shipping fee of €5 (within Germany) or €15 (within the EU). If the return is covered under warranty, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
